Juice Fasting and weight gain

Question
Hello I have a question about Juice fasting and weight gain, but before I dive in, I wanted to give some info about myself and my weight.
I'm 21 years old, and I'm currently on a diet. I have been on this diet for roughly 5 months now, and before I was on it I was almost 150 pounds, but now I weigh about 115.
The problem is, I want to go BELOW 115. I want to roughly be at 105 pounds and so far I have hit a weight loss wall, so to speak. I have been around 115 for almost 2 months now, and I am getting a bit frustrated. I have hit a weight loss "block" or wall. A friend of mine recommended that I try Juice Fasting for 21 days, but my mother told me that Juice Fasting actually makes you gain whatever you lost after you go back to eating solid foods again.
But I have thought it through and devised a plan. I plan on juicing maybe 2-3 days of the week, working out a bit, and eating smaller portions of solid foods the other days of the week, so as to balance it.
Do you think this is wise to do? Or will I gain weight back regardless?
Thanks so much

Answer
Calories are calories. It doesn't matter if you take them in from solid foods or juices. I recommend you eat proper, well balanced meals and get plenty of exercise. Fad diets and gimmicks never work in the long run. See my web site for tips on what to do.
