My problem is i hate to cook. And being only 20 years old female i find myself living off of cereal, yogurt, soup and salads when i'm on a diet. I am also very built though. I have lots of muscle so i know i should probably be eating more but i want to lose this fat. But my biggest weakness is fast food. I just don't know where to start or what kinda diet i should follow. i also was on a diet for a week and lost 4lbs but my stomach looks even bigger? i dont know what's wrong with me but it's so discouraging. Will you please help me out somehow? Where should I start and what am I doing Wrong. I'd appreciate your help greatly and thanks for your time. Thank you.

Andrea hating to cook really does not help. You need to prepare your own foods to control your calories and manage how much of the essentials your are consuming each day. The only thing that I can suggest is if you really refuse to cook, is that you can eat lots of raw foods such as salads that are easier to prepare. You can also find healthy fast food choices that will suffice. Most fast food restaurants have nutritional guidelines on the computer that can help you to pick the best they offer.Food store also offer meals to go that can be nutritious if you are picking carefully.
