I'm a 24 female that would like to make a change in my everyday diet.
I cook most of my meals but they are still a little bit over the healthy line.
I've planned on changing to a better diet. But would also want a detox diet.
I've been in a search for a short detoxing plan (1-3 days) where I can use monthly for the rest of my life.
I want to flush everything in my digestive system.
I've read many of plans out there but non are approved by an expert. Just copy and paste.
I've read grapes for 2-3 days is good. Also a table of olive oil or honey with a glass of warm water in the morning for 3 days.

You won't find any detox diets approved by an expert because we don't find them medically sound nor do they make sense.
Your liver, kidneys, and intestines do a wonderful job of all the flushing out your body needs!
