QuestionHi, Cari,
I'm an old-hand at AllExperts, and used to be an expert here myself many years ago (MS Excel). But this is the first time I've come to the nutrition category to ask a question.
While browsing the profiles, I was struck by yours. I'd love to learn more about intuitive eating, turning exercise into fun, and improving my body image!!
I'm not hugely overweight (would like to lose just 4-5 pounds), but I still think I could benefit from all three of the above.
What tips can I learn from you?
