Recently my belly has started to pop out. Please suggest any exercise that would help me reduce it.

Hi Chris,

You need to do sit ups regularly to strengthen your belly muscles. However, you might also need to lose some weight which is stored as fat in our stomach. I would suggest 10-50 sit ups per day (start low & increase it over time) & reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories/day by eating foods that are rich in fiber.
