How do I lose 30 lbs of fat in 3 months? Because I think that I really need to lose weight. Is running or aerobiccs more affective in burning stubborn fat? I'm 15 yrs old and 5'11", and I weight 170 lbs. I have no problem with working hard, I just want to be skinny!!!
AnswerHigh Kiely, yes aerobics and running is a quick way to drop pounds, but what you eat is important too. Stick with a lower carb diet that limits pasta,rice,mac and cheese,bagels, fruit juice,and sugar. You can still eat bread, but limit it to two slices a day, or if you eat an egg at breakfast, have extra slice of toast. Eat lean meats, chicken, fish, whole grain cereal and bread, lots of vegetables, three whole fruits per day, three cups milk, and some healthy fat like the fat found in salad oils. Run or jog or do any exercise for at least 30-45 minutes per day everyday, and you will lose weight. Hope that helps. Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
