Fat cells

Question
Supposing there are two fraternal twins. One is slightly pudgier than the other. Are some people born with more fat cells than other people, or is a person's fat content due to some other matter?

Why do some people have to work so much harder than others to lose or gain weight when activity levels are roughly the same?

Answer
Just like two siblings can be much different when it comes to fraternal twins they are also different . Fraternal twins come from two separate sperm fertilizing two seperate eggs . As you can see it is the same as if they where independently created at different times even though they where created at the same time. To further elaborate, each person can have a different body composition which would include the amount of fat they have or the difference on how fast the fat can be gained ,maintained or lost. Genetics between sibling may be the same when it comes to many things but very different when it comes to others. For example one sibling can have a high metabolism and a tall slender frame but yet the other may be short with a slower metabolism with a heavier frame. Even with these differences they can still be brothers or sisters. I hope this answered this question as I understood it. If there is anything i left out write back.
Thanks
Larry
