Maintaining weight when have a lack of appetite.


Question
What are good drinks, smoothies, foods, etc that would make for a high calorie meal for persons that don't have a good appetite that will help them maintain their weight.

Any help will be appreciated.

Ensure, muscle milk ,slim fast, but if your having this problem I would consult with a doctor. These type of drinks are not meant for total calories consumed per day. You need to eat your calories. You can substitute a meal with one of these but not all meals especially not for along period of time.
