QuestionI have been over weight basically my whole life. I am a 19 year old living in a world were being over weight is not acceptable. I don't know how to change it. I have tried so many diets and things. I am about to just give up with the trying because I don't know what else to try. Please help me.

Weight loss could be frustrating at times and that's okay. My advise to you would be to write down what you eat and track your eating. This way you can actually see what your putting into your body. You can also eliminate the foods you think that are loaded with excess calories.
You should also introduce some exercise into your lifestyle.
