Question Hi. My name is Meghan and i am 12 and 4 feet and 11 inches tall. How much am i supposed to weigh? If i am over weight do u have any tips to help me lose weight?

There is no right weight. No matter where you look, what you read, what you hear, there is no 'right' weight.
Even if you are on the skinny side there will still be name calling and harrassment. The same goes for being on the heavy side.
I can tell you that from my own personal experience. I used to be over weight. I was made fun of. But the truth of the matter is even when I lost the weight. My confidence still wasn't 100%. So the moral of my story is, you should be content with your body at any weight, shape, or size.
If you did choose to drop a few pounds, there is nothing like a good old bodyweight resistance training routine for a gal your age. There are some basic exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups, modified pull ups, crunches, plan, mountian climbers, etc. The list truly does go on forever.
Be sure that no matter you do, do it to a level that you ARE working. It is a waste of time for you to workout and not push your body.
