Losing weight consists of proper nutrition and daily exercise. There is no trick there. The trick is in knowing how to eat properly, how to exercise effectively and just as importantly - to me continuously motivated on working onr your body and health.
Before I can guide you, please describe to me your typical dialy diet and your day - where do you work? How much do you sit? Walk? Do you run? Bike? Play some kind of sports game? Do yoga? Go to the gym? If so, how often and how do you like it?

QUESTION: hi again,
im living a sedentory life now. i have a house maid for diong my house cleaning. i do only cooking. i am an Indian and i stay in Kuwait. i am a house wife. now practically i am not doing a ny good exercise. i walk inside home and outside when the climate is good. my diet consist of more rice based food. eraly morning i have half cup black coffee with little sugar.i have idly, dosa etc for breakfast, with a glass of tea with milk and lil sugar. for lunch little rice, veg curries, curd etc. evening a tea and some snacks.(but now i excluded snacks) dinner some carbohydrate food like khubbus or bread etc. with curries. some days i make fish and some days i make chicken. monthly once i make mutton. 6 days a month i have egg. i eat fruits like, banana, grapes, apple, pear etc. some day i drink low fat milk. week ends i eat food from outside for dinner. sometimes arabic food. some times fried rice, some times KFC etc.this is the daily routine.

If you are serious about changing your body and life and losing weight YOU MUST make cardio exercise a part of your life. Elevating your heart rate through daily exericse for at least 20 minutes per day is essential to restoring your metabolism and making you lose weight. Lack of exercise causes not only obesity but a range of other illnesses and problems down the road. Don't let it happen. Get involved and start exercising. One way to do it is combine "business" with "pleasure." For instance, enroll in a gym and take some active hi-hop dance classes or yoga or pilates. Combine strength trainin (2-3 times a week for 30 minutes or so) with cardio and the results will come.
