AnswerHey, Raquel. You are committing several mistakes:
1. Starving DOESN'T make you lose weight. In fact, it has a reverse effect of slowing down your metabolism and slowing down your fat burning.
2. You must stop starving and develop a healthy diet involving moderate regular meals which would include among other things, lean mean, whole grains and plenty of vegetables.
3. Diet with exercise is useless. Aerobic, cardio exercises which will elevate your heart rate to 70% of it's maximum capacity on a daily basis for at least 20 minutes (interval training is about the best thing you can do to lose weight, followed by squats) is essential to weight loss.
4. There is no easy and quick way to lose weight, unless you want to use gimmicks, pills and powders that do more harm than good. Real results require real effort, work and patience. If you try to deceive nature, it will strike back and harder than you may think.
You have a lot of misconceptions about weight loss. Please be open to learning and changing your view on weight loss. This should be your first step toward losing weight.
Thanks, and feel free to follow up.
