AnswerHey, Juned. Thanks for your question.
First, I am not a big proponent of supplements, such as herbalife and others. They are not necessary to weight loss, and they are poor substitute for real food.
In your case, you seem to have to big obstacles to losing weight:
1. Your calorie intake is TOO LOW! Yes, you understood me correctly. When your calorie intake is way too low, you slow down your matobolism and prevent fat burning. I see no grains or proteins in your diet, and that's a mistake. You cannot starve yourself to weight loss even though some people believe that.
A much better diet would be having 5-6 small meals per day.
For instance:
9:00 am: Apple, Whole Grain Toast with Cheese + Tea / Coffee
12 pm: Big Salad / Cooked Chicken Fish, Vegetable Soup, Toast
3 pm: A few apples / pears or other fruit.
5 pm: A few boiled eggs with tomato sauce, onion, tomatoes.
8 pm: Baked potatoe with vegatables and a sweet snack of your choice if you have cravings.
See? I don't suggest any hard diets, but just a reasonable, nutrious, low density diet (low density means - foods that take up volume but don't provide too many calories) and rich in vitamins and minerals.
More importantly - YOU CANNOT LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT EXERCISING. You must make cardio exercise part of your life if you are serious about weight loss. I am about 5"10 and way approx. 75 kgs. So... I suspect that you have about 30 kgs to lose. Although it's a lot of weight, you are not critically obese and you must be in a condition could enough to start interval training which is the most effective exercise for weight loss (sets of sprints with slow jogging in between for about 20 minuts per day) and some other exercises that elevate your heart rate, such as - running up the stairs, walking uphill, etc...
