QuestionI have two questions. Most important question-I am skinny, have a flat chest, and have a "potbelly appearance." I was just wondering what the best way or ways to get rid of this unattractive part of me. I also have abnormally large thighs compared to the rest of my skinny body (except my belly of course.) Do you also know what is the best way to get rid of thigh fat? Thank you for anything you have to say.

What you can do about it is body sculpting via weight lifting--build your upper body muscle while doing cardio to lose "fat" from your thighs, although you can't "spot" weight loss, but it may help doing cardio in general and weight training your upper body--shoulders, arms, back...
Crunches/sit ups are the best way to tone your tummy. I like the Abs of steel exercise video--any ab routine will help though.
Many women w/ "flat" chests consider breast implants if they are really unhappy w/ what nature/God gave them. Consult a board certified recommended by people you know plastic/reconstructive surgeon for what your options may be.
My best overall answer though is to focus on HEALTH not picking apart your body section by section--if you are healthy but without the perfect body, you are in deed blessed!
