Realistic Expectations?

Question
Hey there! I'll be 20 in May and I have a problem.  I've been anywhere from 50 (at my lowest) to 100 (now) pounds overweight for about three years.  I've finally decided to begin practicing a diet and exercise program, and I'm really excited to be back to my high school size! However, I want to know how much my body will bounce back from the weight loss.  My breasts are already significantly lower than they would be if I were a healthier weight, and I guess there's nothing I can do about that.  I was wondering how the rest of my body will bounce back...I'd really like to eventually look good in a swimsuit again! I know, however, that after a while your body will just never be the same. Have I reached that point?

Answer
Your body will bounce back great! Sometimes a nip/tuck is an option, but NOT a necessity. Losing weight is a necessity. Excess fat kills, skin doesn't.

You are 20, most likely your skin will responsd very well.

Know this; skin adheres to MUSCLE, so really focus on muscle scuplting and it will help a great deal!
