QUESTION: I over eat alot. My typical day I would wake up and for breakfast I would eat what we had eaten for dinner the night before. then between lunch and breakfast I would eat something else big then for lunch I would eat a big burrito with a bag of chips and a can of soda. I dont really be hungry I just eat cause it's there most of the time or because i have access to it. No activity for me. I dont really do anything besides go to work and school. I dont diet I just recently started to have a little self control but it's been hard. I recently moved away to another city and this city doesnt have any corner stores or nothing to that nature so i dont eat as much and starting last week i walked six miles in one week and my mother noticed i was lost a tiny bit of weight, but i never told anyone i started walking around the lake which is 3 miles around. I go to sleep around 11p.m and i wake at about 6:30a.m
AnswerI see. Well, certainly if you are serious about changing your body and life, this sedentary lifestyle has to end.
