QuestionWell yea am 15 height 5,5 nd weight 181. And i really want to lose weight. atleast 15 or 20. I want to lose that weight before ma 8th grade graduation. please help.

Right, first things first - whatever you do, DON'T go on some ridiculous diet - while they may help you lose weight in the short term, they change your body composition which means you'll inevitably gain back all the weight you've lost plus extra once the motivation has disappeared. The other thing is that instead of relying on a scale (they can be very misleading), take some string and take a measurement of your chest, the area where your belly button is central, our hips and one of your thighs. Mark which one is for each measurement and stick them up in your cupboard and then check how you're doing every month.
