QuestionI'm constantly hungry, and I don't seem to have the natural ability to tell when I'm full. This leads to me eating and eating until I feel physically ill, as it's the only point at which I no longer feel hungry.
What's this about? What are some ways I can help myself realize that even though I'm still hungry, there's no need to eat anymore? I don't really know what to do about it..

a(mot taking note of the small signs that your body is giving you that it is starting to feel full, OR
b)you're eating so fast that you're not allowing your body time to register it's fullness,
OR
c) You're trying to fill an emotional emptiness (like a hungry heart) with food.
