QuestionHi,
I am a 21 years old girl, I got married in sept 2010. I was in perfect shape until I got married, but after marriage I got so many physical changes. I started putting on weight and losing my beautiful figure. I noticed that my butts and thighs are increasing in size and my tummy coming out. I guess this is because I sleep a lot. I sleep about 8-10 hours in a day. I eat rice more.
I would like to maintain the same figure that I used to have before marriage. Please advise what to do. Will some physical exercise help. Please suggest some exercise that I can do at home.
Thank You.
Best Regards,
XYZ
AnswerHello,
I would first advise a trip to the physician to make sure there are no physical (illness or pregnancy) or depression problems contributing to your weight gain.
Then, work out more and control your eating. You can get a free account at livestrong.com and use Daily Plate to log your food intake and make sure you are eating the proper amount of calories for weight loss. Daily exercise allows you to target problem areas and reduce your calories further. I prefer the at -home exercises of Beachbody videos. You can order them at www.teambeachbody.com/angie212 then shop. I lost 40 pounds on Turbo Jam.
Good Luck,
AO
