5. Sensation Changes: Due to surgery, some women might experience changes in nipple and breast sensitivity, including loss or heightened sensitivity.

6. Physical Activity: Consult your doctor to find out when it's safe to resume physical activities, such as exercise. This varies based on the surgery and recovery process.

7. Lymphedema: If you had lymph nodes removed during surgery, you might have an increased risk of lymphedema ( fluid build-up in tissues). Watch for swelling and consult your healthcare provider if you experience it.

8. Self Care: Be gentle with your body during the recovery period. Ensure you get enough rest, a healthy diet and engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation.

9. Follow Up Care: Regular check-ups and mammograms as advised by your healthcare team are crucial for monitoring and ensure proper healing.

10. Support Network: Build a support system involving family members, friends, therapy, or support groups to help you cope with challenges. Remember that you are not alone.
