belching

i admit that i love coming home from work , cleaning up fixing supper and eating in bed. I had gastric bypass 11-12 years ago and did lose lots of weight in the beginning...but now i eat almost anything and snack all the time.
After supper i eat watch TV, look / read and snack until i finally go to sleep.My problems are ,I am re-gaining weight and sometimes (often) I belch uncontrollably for 20-30 minutes while trying to go to sleep.
My sex drive is so-so...tolerant.The belching is really starting to bother me.help

There is information that is missing from your description.  What are your eating habits throughout the day?  Do you eat a moderate breakfast and lunch?  How much exercise do you get?  Beyond that, did your surgeon or primary care manager/physician prepare you for the transition that you made prior to GBP surgery?  You should have been made aware that the process was not fool-proof and that the surgery was not a silver bullet.  You should have been made aware of the fact that YOU have to change the way YOU live your life with respect to eating and exercise.  Having supper, watching TV (I'm assuming that you're sitting, reclining or laying down), snacking (even MORE eating) and then going to sleep is not a life style that is conducive to maintaining a healthy weight.  But you HAVE to know that, right?

If you're re-gaining the weight, you know why that's happening.  It's up to you to change your habits so that you can re-lose the weight you've re-gained and then manage to maintain the optimum weight as prescribed by your doctor.

Not sure what your comment about sex drive has to do with your problem.  Maybe you could elaborate.
