It was time to make a change, so when Hansen heard that her friend had success with Prevention's Fit in 10: Total-Body Transformation program, she was intrigued. "She told me that all she did was exercise for just 10 minutes a day, that's it," recalls Hansen. Then Hansen learned that Prevention was testing out a new Fit in 10 program, the 30-Day Belly Fix, and this new program was created specifically for losing belly fat. "I needed something simple because I'd never exercised or eaten healthy," says Hansen. "So I knew that if this program could offer me some guidance and help—in only 10 minutes a day—it would be perfect."

Within 30 days, Hansen dropped 15 pounds and took 7 inches off her belly. "When I saw my 'before' and 'after' pictures, I couldn't believe that the 'after' was me—I started tearing up and was absolutely speechless," she says. "Not only did I finally lose weight around my belly, but by day 30 I had to go shopping for a whole new wardrobe because everything was too big."
It's not just about her body, says Hansen. "I'm sleeping better, and my cholesterol and blood pressure have dropped tremendously. It's amazing."
And that cranky customer? "Oh, she noticed," laughs Hansen. "Although now she asks if I'm losing weight because I'm sick. And I tell her, 'No, thanks, it's just the opposite. I'm finally healthy.' "
