So when Nazario spotted a post on Twitter announcing that Prevention was looking for busy women to test the Fit in 10: 30-Day Belly Fix, she figured it was worth a shot. Unlike other programs she'd tried in the past, the plan was structured around 10 minutes of exercise a day and simple, clean eating—no diets, no crazy workouts. "I figured I had nothing to lose—other than my belly—so I signed myself up," laughs Nazario.
Part of Nazario was skeptical. She was busier than ever with moving to a new apartment, and she'd tried other programs in the past. "I told myself to take it one step at a time, so I just started with the workouts—and my body reacted to them almost immediately," she says. Since she only had to commit to 10 minutes of smart strength training a day, Nazario didn't have an excuse to skip it. "By the end of the second week, my clothes were fitting better and my energy had skyrocketed." At that point, Nazario decided to get serious about her diet and added the Fit in 10 clean-eating guidelines. Soon, her boyfriend was using the Fit in 10 recipes to cook her delicious meals. "He's the cook in our family, but the recipes were easy to follow and we both enjoyed them."
By the end of the month, Nazario had lost 8 pounds—and 8 inches off of her belly. "I was at a point where I thought how I looked on the outside would never match how I felt on the inside, but I was wrong," says Nazario. "I'm back—and it was so easy."
