When did you become unhappy with your weight?
In 2000, I became depressed and and felt tired all the time. I weighted 294 pounds and I am 5’7″ tall.

What made you decide to lose weight?
Depression medication helped me lose 10 pounds so I started walking and lost some more and started felling better

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Started exercising and changed eating habits

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Changing eating habits!

1 year.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
6 years most of the weight was lost in the past 2 years.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I eat healthy, drink water, exercise regularly. Cut out the sugar and fat(junk food)

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
Yes. I like to go out, I don’t feel ashamed at how I look, and have a lot of energy.
