When did you become unhappy with your weight?
When I saw me in swimming suit last year.

What made you decide to lose weight?
My appearance.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I stopped eating bread and sweets. I also practiced twice as much as I did before.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Refusing chocolate for a long time.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
Less than a month.

6 month now. I’m just eating enough to not feel hungry but I never feel full.

Gabriela’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

Breakfast:
Green tea, grapefruit, a slice of bread with either cheese or ham.

Lunch:
Tuna salad or chicken salad.

Dinner:
Tea, fruit or vegetable.

Snacks or Mini Meals:
Vegetables and fruit! Also drinking hot water.

Gabriela’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
Go to basketball practice every day twice and 4 times going to the gym.

Cardiovascular:
I don’t do cardio at the gym, just whatever we run at basketball practice.
