Imran’s Weight Loss Story!

When did you become unhappy with your weight?
When I was in the 10th grade.

What made you decide to lose weight?
Because I wanted to look better and play football better and probably show the girl who rejected me that hey I can become whatever I want if I want to.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
To become a good footballer.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Having to go past shops which are full of junk foods and then to keep up with your will power and not enter the shop to get some pizza or fries or burgers 🙂

How long did it take you to start to see results?

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
1 year.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
7 months.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
A lot now I play for the college football team I play midfielder and hopefully get to be picked and play as a professional footballer.

Well the cardio section helped me out a lot but I’m stilling looking forward in achieving those great abs.
