Weight loss tip #1:
Drink plenty of water.
Weight loss tip #2:
Aerobically workout, really push it daily.
Weight loss tip #3:
Work out with weights.

Eat many small meals.

NO SODA!
Sara’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!
Breakfast:
Cottage cheese with yogurt and fruit.
Lunch:
Chicken or fish with veggies.
Dinner:
75% protein.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
At 10am, I have soup and at 3pm a cereal before bed.
Sara’s Weight Loss Workouts!
Weight Training:
1 body part daily, 30-45 minutes with a personal trainer 4 times per week.
Cardiovascular:
Daily for 20-35 minutes, heart rate to 145-155 for 20 minutes.
