I went on extended induction of limited carbs and for a further 5 months then began climbing the carb ladders adding back in grains, fruits, dairy, nuts, berries to my Life. I know I can eat this way forever. If you think Atkins is meat and eggs and cheese then you are Wrong it’s not that it’s a balanced lifestyle change I eat more veggies than I ever did before and I feel more healthy and vibrant then EVER!!
