When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I have always been unhappy with my weight.

What made you decide to lose weight?
One day at the beach I was made fun of and “got mistaken for a whale”. I got tired of them making fun and laughing, especially when being in a place where the girls and guys are hot.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Understanding that it will take longer than 3 months to get to where I want to be.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Getting up every morning and having to run in front of all the people who made fun of me.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
It took 3 weeks to really see results, but right away I noticed increased energy and the willingness to do anything in just a few days.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
A year and 1 month.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
Several months.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I have entered beauty contests and won. I have an awesome bikini and I love to wear it in front of all the people who made fun of me, but I don’t associate myself with them.

Egg white omelet, fruit and water.

Lunch:
Fish, rice, veggies and water.

Dinner:
I cut whatever I’m having in half and leave the most fattening foods out of the meal. Water.

Snacks or Mini Meals:
100 calorie snack packs or just fill up on water.
