When did you become unhappy with your weight?
Years ago. I have always struggled with a weight problem.
What made you decide to lose weight?
My love for Zumba.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I go to the gym almost every day and do Zumba class for 1 hour. I sometimes do 3 classes in a single day!
What was most challenging about losing weight?
I have a hypothyroid issue so I don’t lose weight very easy.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
About 6 months.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
About a year.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
1.5 years and I maintain it by going to the gym and keeping up with my Zumba schedule.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
My love for Zumba keeps me motivated!
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I am so healthy and I feel great! I became a Zumba instructor because I love it so much!
Do you have any advice for others who are trying to lose weight?
Find something you love for exercise and keep moving. Also, try to cut out carbs.
