When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I was struggling with weight issues ever since my childhood. I became disappointed when I saw myself in my friend’s photos.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I always wanted to lose my flab but never was committed to it. Crash diets, quick sprints and bouts of workouts never worked out.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Changes in my diet and my overall activity level. Working out was my top priority every day.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
It was very challenging to quit binge eating. Diet control was the most challenging.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
It took 4 weeks to see changes in my dress size and 2 weeks to start seeing results on the scale.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
6 months.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I have actually started putting on weight since I rewarded myself for the achievement. I need to follow my diet and workout plan to maintain.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
Seeing big changes makes me feel a lot more confident. That’s what keeps me motivated.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
It feels great and I look great! I can fit into a size M from an XL.

Never give up! Keep pushing yourself so you can look great and feel great.

No supplements. Just natural foods from a healthy diet.

Weight Training:
5-15 pound dumbbells for biceps and triceps. Strength training exercises for calves, hamstrings and quadriceps.
Cardiovascular:
15-30 minutes of treadmill (incline mode), 15 minutes on crosstrainer, 10 minutes bicycling, 5 minutes on stair stepper at full speed.
