When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I was overweight as a child and never felt bad about it until I was 22 years old.
What made you decide to lose weight?
As a student’s life goes, it will be easier for me to lose weight since I can save money and diet at the same time.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Motivation. It is the most important thing for losing weight. You need to set up a new goal for your life in order to get the new look you want.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Maintaining my motivation and overall spirit to lose weight.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
2 weeks.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
4 months.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
3 months. I try to keep doing what works and I also keep learning about my diet.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
I like my new look. I have never felt skinny like this in 22 years and I want to keep it this way.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I’m much lighter now and I just feel different.

Set a goal, be serious and remember just a few small changes in your diet can help you lose weight.

Weight loss tip #1:
Drinks a lot of water. I drink around 4 liters a day.
Weight loss tip #2:
Control the portion of your food. I normally cut my portions in half. Don’t worry, you will get used to it.

Do some type of exercise. Walking is great.

Breakfast:
2 slices of whole grain bread and scrambled eggs, plain water.
Lunch:
Rice, chicken, vegetables and plain water.
Dinner:
Rice, fish, vegetables and a glass of milk.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Apples and watermelon.
Nutritional Supplements:
I don’t take any supplements.

I like doing push-ups but I don’t really workout that much.
