In this study, researchers found that small changes in food and exercise habits have a negligible effect when it comes to producing large, long-term weight changes, and that weight loss results are far greater when premade meals are used instead of conventional dieting alone. These findings shed new light on why so many go-it-alone diet attempts fail just a few weeks or months after they’ve begun.
