People are looking for the easiest way to lose weight all the time but home many of them are really applying what they find, this is the real question and this is my first tip for you all: looking at the diet plans will never get you anywhere, you should apply them for a reasonable period of time and then you will be able to see some results.
Be patient and reasonable
Let me tell you all this. People are always in a hurry, they want to start a weight loss diet today and start seeing results by tomorrow morning. My advice to you is to choose the right diet plan and stick to it for a week and then check your weight and see the difference. Resist your desire to check your weight during that week by telling yourself �I had been putting on weight for my whole life; let me give my body a chance to lose some�.
When you check your balance you should be POSITIVE, this is crucial, do not tell yourself that I have only lost 5 pounds and I had to lose 10 but, cheer yourself up and say �I lost 5 pounds this week and I will do my best to lose more on the next week�. Be careful, if the diet was meant to let you lose 15 pounds per week and you only lost 3 pounds then you do not need to cheer up but you need to change the diet plan.
Exercise and physical activity
Most weight loss diet plans mention exercise as one word and never stress on it but it is very important as it shifts up your BMR and this will lead into more calories burning. Even if you are not a fan of physical exercise then you may consider increase your steps per day. Park a little bit far from work, walk to a near restaurant for lunch and use the stairs.
Daily water supply
Drink as much water as you can, I am saying water not juices. Some people stick to orange juice all the time but this is not good as it may store some calories as well as storing more calcium in your body and risking your kidney.
Portion control
Probably you have heard that before with every weight loss diet plan but you do not know how to apply it. Simply, use a smaller plate instead of larger ones. This would make your meal smaller and your brain will be convinced that you reached satiety.
Sugar and bread
Do not stop eating both of them as your body needs a small portion of both to produce energy. All you need to do is to reduce the portions to the minimum and stick to whole grain bread and brown sugar to make use of the fibers in both of them.
