One thing’s for sure, in this day & age, if you’re wanting to
lose weight you can be excited and discouraged before you even
start down the path. You’re excited because you’ve made the
decision, which is the first step, and you know you’re willing
to do whatever it takes to get the job done. However, you’re
discouraged because you have no idea what plan of action to
take, which is the second step.
