Exercise Advice: Sit on an exercise ball with your back upright and your feet firmly planted on the ground (see illustration). Grab a dumbbell in each hand, holding them in a shoulder press position. Next, simply press the dumbbells from that position straight up toward the ceiling. Return to the start position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
