These weight loss food functions as suppressants that limit and dry up the appetite of a person, disabling him or her from getting hunger pangs. But care must be taken that the weight loss food is prescribed by the doctor or the physician. Because there might occur many health related problems and hindrance. As the use of Fen causes side effects like pulmonary hypertension related to the lungs, creating fatal situations for them.

The use of laxatives can also cause many dangerous side effects, like, bloating, water retention etc because it makes the blood lose the fluids. And it also makes a person to vomit quite often. The other weight loss foods may cause side effects like fever, the loss of hair, diarrhea, unwanted excretion and discharges. Weight loss food should be prescribed and then used.

But, to be on the safe side, a person should use weight loss food that are natural and that do not have the content of artificial components, because these may be composed of harmful chemicals that would harm a person's health and hamper the process of weight loss. So, the best way to lose weight is by eating properly and doing the proper exercise and work outs everyday, as these are the natural and the safest way to lose weight and burn all the extra fat, without any kind of side effects.
