Weight is the biggest issue in recent time. It is becoming a major problem and this problem is growing day by day. It is problem because obesity or over weight is the root cause to all kinds of ailments and disorders. For example, diabetes, thyroid, high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, mental problems like depression, hyper tension, trauma and many other ailments are caused because of over weight or obesity. And the recent trends and fashion demands everyone to be in shape and look good, fashion and the vogue makes a person more agitated and impulsive to get into shape and lose weight.

Follow a regulated diet and a proper eating plan. Because, a healthy diet is required for the loss of extra weight and the process to burn fat. The diet should include a whole lot of vegetables and fruits, especially, leafy vegetables. The diet should be a balanced diet that includes all the food groups like protein, carbohydrate, nutrients, minerals, water, salt etc. Fruits and vegetables contain less fat and oil. Therefore eating them is the best way to lose weight. Diet plans depend on your daily calorie intake and its burning burn rate. Having poultry products like eggs and chicken, fish, soy, tofu, low fat milk and yogurt, is the best way to lose weight. Avoid the intake of beef, lamb and pork as they have a rich content of fat that increases fat content in the body.

Blindly following the weight loss programs and its various methods would tend to cause many harmful problems and side effects. The intake of weight loss supplements and drugs are all not good for the health. Especially the ones that will have artificial content. These weight loss supplements suppress the appetite of a person but alongside they dry up the internal organs causing harmful disorders internally. So, a person must avoid such drugs and supplements, and follow a healthy way and method to lose weight and fat.

Avoid eating junk foods and food products that have rich content of fat and sugar. Cut down the intake of aerated beverages, caffeine and other alcoholic drinks, as these increase the weight in a person. Change the coking methods, start methods like steaming, baking, poaching etc instead of frying and deep frying, as they have high consumption of oil. Use olive oil instead of the normal cooking oil, as olive oil is healthy.

But the most important point to lose weight is to do lot of exercise and work outs. Because by doing exercise and work outs a person can lose weight fast. Take up aerobics or dancing or workouts at gyms for effective fat loss. Or try doing brisk walking for at least 30 minutes a day. Apart from walking, a person can do go for swimming, cycling, jogging, jumping ropes etc. Even join a gym or any dance routines. But, do not over do any exercise and work out, as it would cause fatigue and exhaustion, causing ill health and many disorders. So, doing all these would cause weight loss without any harmful problems.
