There are many diets designed for various purposes. Some are for muscle building purpose, some are for weight management, some are for flat stomach while others are for burning fat fast. Atkins diet is also a type of low carb diet which is known for fast weight loss due to a complete cut off of carbohydrates from your diet for first few weeks. The sudden stop of carbs in your system forces the fat stored in your body to be used up for functioning. Even if Atkins is effective in drastically reducing your weight, it has received much negative feedback and huge opposition from many research institutes and experts as they have proved harmful in the long run. It weakens your internal systems drastically and results in breakdown of your health.
A vegan diet includes all plant based products and excludes all products derived from animals such as meat, dairy products, eggs, etc. Products like vegetables, cereals, whole grains, fiber rich foods and some fruits with low sugar content are included in the diet. Fruits and carbohydrate is introduced in small quantities in the first week and seen how they react on your weight management. If they result in excess calorie count, then they are replaced by more vegetables. A vegan diet excludes protein from its diet as animal products are not there and thus some protein supplement should be taken so that the nutritional level is complete.
Certain things that should be kept in mind when you approach any kind of diet are that your nutritional level should be complete, you should eat your meals in right proportions and break the complete food intake in to number of meals. Do some exercises along with the diets to burn fat fast.
