You know that feeling when you've especially scheduled a workout for that day, but an unexpected meeting pops up on your calendar or a friend urgently needs something? You end up not having enough time to do a proper workout and find yourself feeling frustrated at having to skip a training session yet again.
I've been there and most of my clients are busy women who also struggle to integrate a proper workout into their stressful, hectic lives. That's why I designed an intense, effective eight-minute, full-body "emergency" workout for those crazy days when you don't have time for a full training session but still want to stick to your workout routine.
To get the most out of it, challenge yourself and give everything you've got. And remember, intensity is key!
A Quick, Full-Body "Emergency" Workout
You'll do three different full-body exercises. Set your timer for eight minutes and complete as many rounds as possible within that time frame. After you've completed the different amount of repetitions of all three exercises, you've completed one round.
