If you want to lose weight naturally, you need to become aware of the thoughts that are circling inside your head. Psychologists estimate that we each have around 60,000 thoughts a day. Most of these are not only unconscious, but they're very similar to thoughts that you had the day before, and they have a huge impact upon the quality of your life, affecting everything from your relationships to how you feel about your body.
When I finally understood how powerful my thoughts were, I was able to use them to my advantage by creating healing affirmations that I could repeat to myself on a daily basis. These played a big role in helping me to lose over 60 pounds naturally as well as heal my body of a number of chronic health conditions.
To get the maximum benefit, it's important that you first notice any negative self-chatter that might be going on inside you. Once you become aware of any critical thoughts, you can replace them with positive, healing affirmations. To help you get started, I have created a list of 21 healing affirmations that you can repeat to yourself on a regular basis. You may want to jot down a few and carry them around with you for any time you need a little boost.
