I’m a college sophomore and a member of the Air National Guard. I’ve always had tummy fat and been weak my whole life. When I was in high school I started tennis, volleyball, and diving. I got stronger, but fat was still on me a lot. College made me gain some more weight, at 143, but I could still wear a nice dress. Sucking in the gut was my hidden talent.
I joined the Air National Guard last year, and went away for basic training in June 2014. I tore my abdomen and was put on profile. I took 3 months off of doing PT in the mornings with my flight. I gained all the weight I had lost at basic training when I got to tech school. My fat was oozing over my jeans and friends were telling me I was getting large.
When I got back to my home base, I got a Personal trainer and found bodyrocktv. I trained once a week, and the rest of the week would do workouts from bodyrocktv that I would find. The tabata training is so intense!
In 4 months I have gone from 145 to 135 lbs, and 22.9% to 17.6% body fat. I feel amazing. Thank you bodyrocktv! Keep kicking my butt!
