Warmer weather is upon us and we can’t hide our ‘winter coat’ under a big sweater anymore. Its time to dust off the juicer and get juicing! Not only is juice wonderfully nutritious but its also very detoxifying and makes for the perfect pre-breakfast drink or snack in between meals! You can also do a juice cleanse where you drink juice, and only juice alone for 3-5 days. Drinking freshly pressed juice makes your cells very happy and encourage them to release the toxins they are holding. There are many juice companies out there offering these cleanses; just be sure that its fresh pressed, organic and raw!
