But, often the key to releasing any weight in the first place is to stop feeling fat all the time. The more you emotionally feel that you are fat, look for it in the mirror and say it to yourself, the more you will make it happen in your life.
I understand that getting to your desired weight and putting a stop to feeling fat is easier said than done. What you need is to inspire yourself towards your goal. The key to that is visualizing how you would like to be.

We live in a society where a great deal of emphasis is placed on how we look, yet we have the highest rate of obesity than ever before. So, the question is how can a person stop feeling fat, so that they can begin to succeed in releasing the weight. How can overweight people stop feeling fat when they see the almostskeletal mannequins and models being glorified in magazines and television.
Look around you and you will realize the commercialism surrounding anything thin, be it a weight loss product, lingerie that can keep you thin or a pill that can guarantee quick and easy weight loss. Our society is obsessed with people who feel and l ook thin. Once again, how can you stop feeling fat amid a mountain filled with anorexic looking people?
The above are all reasons that people tell themselves for feeling the way they do. However, our environment plays a smaller role in how we see ourselves than we would like to believe. Remember, that your feeling of being fat is an indication of selfworth as opposed to just the physical weight. Its a combination. Unfortunately, its a chicken and egg scenario, which comes first? Both are intrinsically linked. Heres the key: focus on your own self worth, and the weight will begin to release.
First explore where this feeling of fat comes from? Are you overweight from a biological standpoint, or perhaps do you feel that you arent the weight that you should be. Are you fat according to your standard or because of other peoples standards? If the voice comes back that youre not the weight that you should be, ask well, according to whom? this will give you a much better idea as to whats driving these feelings.
Start to become aware of your feelings. Write down your thoughts when you are feeling down; also you may want to write down something that you are happy about or grateful for on a daily basis. Spend a couple of minutes every day visualizing yourself at your goal. See yourself as you would like to be; feel the feelings that go with that. It will have to be a step one day at a time before you will finally discover that you have a beautiful body and that you are blessed.
