Weight loss and keeping reasonably healthy is something we all have to work at. The majority of us are just normal folk and unable to devote 8 hours a day to getting the perfect Abs or perfect Butt.
Most diet and health related stories you read online are just that... stories. For the rest of us mere mortals with kids and jobs and homes to run we simply have to do the best we can in the time available. For instance, my lifestyle dictates that I just can't exercise at a certain time every day for an hour or whatever. I do what I can and on weekends my time is a little more free so walking and exercising are more likely.
My main problem I guess is feeling hungry and resisting the temptation to either use the nearest fast food joint or simply not eat. Not eating gives me a growling pain in my stomach making me irritable which is hardly fair on my family and friends.
If you're like me this health "thing" is something that we have to keep working at constantly and the trick is to try and manage it without letting it taking over your whole life. As I said before I can't devote my whole day to eating correctly and exercising. Sure it would be nice to have my own chef and personal trainer, (Oh Yeah!), but until I am able to have my lunch brought out to me poolside I make do the best way I can to make my life more comfortable.
There are so many appetite suppressors available it is frustrating and confusing. Most don't work, (I know), and some can be harmful, (I really know - cold shakes and severe stomach cramps).
My 2 main problems were controlling my appetite and keeping my belly fat down. At one stage I had a lot of belly fat which just wouldn't reduce no matter how much I dieted and exercised. To cut a long series of trials and errors short here's what I found to be most effective and I thought I would share it with you.
