Another technique that you need to utilize is the technique of affirmation, create positive sentences about your weight and how much you have lost, that is not a typing error as you alway create affirmations in the present tense, e.g ("I am glad to be flexible, fit and slim", not "I will ..."). Once you have created a few affirmation repeat them often to yourself as you go about the day to day comings and goings, even while your are at work.
The one thing that you must do, is to have positive anchors to your thoughts, visions and affirmations link them to happy feelings along with a positive self-image. Over time, this will help you to keep to your weight loss plan with ease, as it will be not so much a 'diet' but a new lifestyle. You may find that fatty foods are less attractive or the craving for sweet quick snack wanes and exercise is a lot more enjoyable.
