Forget about all those high-protein this or low-carb that diets or any of those other stupid diet gimmicks out there. You just need to follow these 4 basic rules of how to lose weight fast without using any gimmicks, supplements or diet pills, Eat better foods like unprocessed carbs and proteins and eat more healthy fats while avoiding fast foods, snacks and other restaurants as much as possible, Drink as much water as you can and Exercise as much as you can but at least 30 minutes a day is required and If you do not like the results you are getting you will need to cut back on the better foods you are eating and/or make your exercise program a little tougher.

Yes ?you can cheat on your diet and still lose weight and as a matter of fact the farther away you are from your weight loss goal means you can cheat a whole lot more and still lose weight.
So if you're just starting a weight loss plan or if you are very overweight then you can get away with cheating on your diet up to 25% of the time by having ONE cheat meal everyday or by having an entire cheat day but on the other hand...
For those of you who are close to your weight loss goal or are not overweight then you can still cheat but just not as much. If you got under 10-to-20 pounds to lose then it's best that you only cheat less 10% of the time and if you are going to cheat...
Try to eat mainly high protein foods that are fried instead of the carb heavy fast foods and snacks like potato chips, French fries and milkshakes.
3. Stop with cardio and Start doing intervals
You can still lose weight doing cardio but you can lose weight at a much faster rate if you do more high intensity training like intervals. With cardio you are going to have to work out for at least 60 minutes or more everyday to lose weight while with intervals you only need to workout at a minimum of 3 days a week to get the same weight loss benefits and more as you would doing cardio every day.
Examples of intervals or high intensity training would be things like tae-bo, p90, or the insanity workouts.
4. Get focused on losing weight
Everybody says they want to lose weight and 90% of those people always fail because that's not what they really want to do. What you really want to do is for example... You want to lose weight to look sexier so you can go out with that cute guy or girl you always liked or you want to lose weight to get that job so you can make more money to give your kids the things they deserve.
Instead of saying you want to lose weight get focused and focus on the REAL TRUE reason why you MUST lose weight and you'll lose weight much faster than someone who JUST only wants to lose weight.
5. Fight the belly bloat
Make sure you are drinking enough water by drinking at least 1 ounce for every pound you weigh so if you weigh 120 pounds try to get in at least 120 ounces (about an gallon) of water each day to fight belly bloat.
And if you already are drinking water and you still are bloated make sure it's not any medications causing you to get bloated and if so make sure you ask your doctor if there are any alternatives that do not cause bloating and try to avoid chewing gum and drinking thru straws which causes too much air to get trapped in your belly causing bloating making you appear fatter than you normally are.
