As a matter of fact, exercise is regarded as more important as compared with dieting. Did you see bodybuilders and athletes? Frankly speaking, doing exercise for as much as just 30 minutes, but on the daily basis is enough to start losing weight slowly and gradually. It is all a matter of consistently doing exercises, not hard ones.
