My research into the issue also proved that more and more people that are not able to achieve weight loss with dieting and exercise alone have seen rapid results using EFT. You see to achieve lasting weight loss results, the underlying emotional triggers needed to be healed and released . So many people's weight loss problem may be little to do with the type of foods they are you are eating or the exercise regime they are following.
