Too Busy for Exercise? Find a Better Excuse

Are you too busy to exercise? You can find a better excuse and start burning fat. Exercises increase your metabolism and help you eliminate toxins. Many people tell me, "I am just too busy and don't have time to exercise."

Well, I used to say that when finding an excuse for not exercising, but not anymore. We can find at least 15 minutes a day for exercising. There is no excuse if you want to really lose weight and reach your ideal weight loss. Trust me, as soon as I started seeing how fat melted, I found every possible time to do my exercises.

For example, Canadian researchers report in the June issue of the Journal of Applied Physiology that just six minutes of intense exercise a week can keep people as fit as three hour-long jogs.

According to Martin J. Gibala, PhD, associate professor of kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, "Those six minutes come from four 30-second bursts of all-out effort with four-minute rests in between each sprint. This "sprint interval training" adds up to three 20-minute sessions a week." I agree as it is better to exercise at least six minutes than none. Although, I recommend 30 minutes daily.

Hence, I encourage all busy people to exercise at least those 6 minutes and gradually increase to 30-45 minutes. For instance, you can start by doing some jogging, home video exercises, even while reading this article you can do some squats!Remember, it is for your own good. You can do it! You will love the results; see how that unwanted fat starts melting gradually. Exercise is your best tool to lose weight and have a toned-body. Stop looking for excuses and get ready to see your new figure.
